Paul Terzenbach takes the uncertainty and stress out of the real estate process. Dependable and honest, he provides a bespoke service experience tailored to his client’s unique personalities, preferences, and goals. As a member of the Lesley Steiner Team at SERHANT, he offers comprehensive support and expertise with rentals, condo and co-op sales, new development properties, townhouses, and corporate and international employee relocations.
 
Paul spent more than two decades in hospitality before transitioning to real estate. His innate ability to understand individual needs and make others feel listened to sets him apart from other agents. He is perceptive and attentive, and he puts clients at ease with an approach founded on trust, transparency, and a dash of humor. Most of all, he is someone who understands the significance of relocating and buying, selling, or renting a home. He seeks to make the entire process memorable and enjoyable.
 
Paul grew up in Oregon and has lived in the city since 2008. Outside of work, he obsesses over his Vespa and is a doting father to an amazing dog. He loves camping, Shakespeare, and recording mediocre acoustic guitar covers. He also has some acting experience and is a slightly above-average impressionist.
