Lesley Steiner is a property expert and relocation specialist whose professionalism, knowledge, and two-decade track record help take the stress out of the real estate process. The founder of the Lesley Steiner Team at SERHANT, she co-leads a team of experienced agents providing first-class service for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent throughout Manhattan and in select areas of Brooklyn and Queens. She is an exceptional listener who is quick to intuit preferences and needs, and her motivation to succeed comes from a genuine desire to achieve her client’s goals.
 
Lesley spent twenty-five years in boutique management, selling high-end cosmetics and skin care products. She draws parallels between her previous career and real estate in recognizing the importance of emotion during the decision-making process. She is keenly sensitive to how certain choices will affect people personally. With that in mind, she knows the city and her business well. She offers a variety of options to help her clients overcome challenges and taps into every available resource to yield successful outcomes and create pleasant buying and selling experiences.
 
Originally from Long Island, Lesley was a longtime resident of the Upper East Side and now lives in Riverdale with her mixed-breed rescue, Bella. She enjoys attending musicals, plays, and off-Broadway shows, and she loves taking her grandson to special events, Central Park, the Bronx Zoo, and other memorable locales throughout the city. You can likely find her at a local beach during the summer months.
