Though he specializes in corporate relocation and first-time homebuyers, he has worked with over 1,000 people to buy, sell, and rent various property types across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Westchester County.
 
James is a senior agent on the Lesley Steiner Team, an established real estate group that provides first-class service throughout the New York City market. He is also a private real estate investor and owns a construction company that manages and builds properties just north of the city. His investment experience is invaluable for clients looking to make financially sound decisions, while his practical construction knowledge benefits buyers and sellers seeking accurate estimates for potential renovations. James has an incredible eye for detail and ensures his clients consider every angle of a deal before moving forward.
 
James was born and raised in Syracuse and studied Financial Engineering at Binghamton University. He enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and hiking in his spare time, and he is up for almost anything that gets him outdoors or physically challenges him. Now living in Westchester County, he embodies the spirit of the many transplants who have come from afar to experience everything that makes New York City one of the best places in the world.
